Many of us send and receive a large number of e-mail every day. Like its more formal counterpart, the written business letter, e-mail is a reflection on you and your business. However, it is often seen as informal and familiar, resulting in more relaxed grammar and sometimes inappropriate tone. E-mail is an extremely efficient and indispensable business communication tool; nevertheless, it is important to communicate wisely and there are certain things to take into account when e-mailing. 

Lesson 1:  E-mail is public, not private.

So, to say that we are a little excited about our new blog would be an understatement. We’ll be discussing lots of great technology news and happenings with you and sharing our reflections on what we think about our industry and the community at large.
