Many of us send and receive a large number of e-mail every day. Like its more Email Warningformal counterpart, the written business letter, e-mail is a reflection on you and your business. However, it is often seen as informal and familiar, resulting in more relaxed grammar and sometimes inappropriate tone. E-mail is an extremely efficient and indispensable business communication tool; nevertheless, it is important to communicate wisely and there are certain things to take into account when e-mailing.

Lesson 1:  E-mail is public, not private.

We hope you’ll enjoy our new blog icon… the Daystar tree. Why a tree? Well, there’s actually a good story behind that.

During the process of re-designing our site, we often talked about our progress to clients, partners, and friends. One piece of feedback we heard constantly was…. “But what about the tree?!?!”

Like a pop star diva, your IT systems are demanding. To get optimal, reliable performance, they require certain conditions. The temperature must be just so and the humidity must not frizz their coils!

Small businesses owners and administrators put on their IT hat and deploy servers, switches, and other network equipment to run their day-to-day operations. It’s quite enough for them to obtain the equipment and get it up and running. As long as it’s running, there’s no need to worry, right?
