Our flexible support delivery model includes:

  • Remote support – Have a Daystar engineer log into your system remotely to provide immediate support.
  • Telephone support – Speak with a Daystar engineer over the phone to discuss an issue or execute step-by-step instructions.
  • On-site support — Schedule an engineer to address problems or projects that can’t be handled remotely.IT Help

We also provide a number of way to request support:

  • Ticket portal – Submit a trackable support ticket via an online portal.
  • E-mail — E-mail a support request to Daystar’s Professional Services team.
  • Telephone – For urgent and immediate support, and if you are unable to access the Internet, call Daystar’s Professional Service team to receive support
